Community guidelines: how we play here.

These are the rules every King Exchange player agrees to: who can hold an ID, how to treat support staff and other players, what counts as unfair play, what happens when a rule is broken, and how to report a problem.

This page is about conduct. For the legal conditions of use, read our terms and conditions. For how markets are settled, see the betting rules.

The rules in brief
  1. 01Be 18 or over.
  2. 02Hold one ID, in your own name, and use it yourself.
  3. 03Treat account managers with respect.
  4. 04Don't collude, run a syndicate or exploit pricing errors.
  5. 05Keep community channels free of spam and personal details.

Guideline 01

Who can hold a King Exchange ID

You must be 18 or over, and you may hold one ID, registered in your own name. The ID is personal. Don't let anyone else use it, and don't bet on someone else's behalf.

Deposits and withdrawals must go through a bank or UPI account in your own name. Moving money through someone else's account breaks these guidelines.

Guideline 02

How to treat account managers

Account managers personally handle your ID, deposits and withdrawals, so how you behave in your WhatsApp chat matters. We don't accept abusive language, threats or repeated harassment towards staff, even when you're frustrated about a delay.

If you disagree with a decision, explain why in the chat and ask for a review. Raise any settlement dispute within 7 days. If you're still unhappy with the outcome, you can appeal within 30 days.

Guideline 03

Fair play

The following are not allowed:

  • Holding more than one ID.
  • Working with other players to manipulate markets or bonuses, known as collusion or syndicate betting.
  • Knowingly taking advantage of an obvious pricing error.

If a bet is placed at a clearly wrong price, we may settle it at the correct market price. Bets linked to fraud or collusion may be voided.

Guideline 04

Conduct in community channels

In any King Exchange community channel or group:

  • Don't post spam, links to other betting sites, or promotional material.
  • Don't share another player's name, number or account details.
  • Don't post anything abusive, hateful or illegal.

Tips are opinions, not guarantees. Make your own decisions, and only bet what you can afford to lose.

Guideline 05

What happens if a guideline is broken

What we do depends on how serious the breach is.

  1. 1WarningA first minor breach, such as rude language.
  2. 2Temporary restrictionRepeated breaches, or a more serious one.
  3. 3Permanent closureFraud, multiple accounts or collusion. Bets involved may be voided.

Permanent closures follow our terms. If your ID has been restricted, message your account manager to find out why and what you need to do to restore it.

Guideline 06

How to report a problem

Message the official WhatsApp line with a short description and any screenshots. We review every report. Tell us about:

  • Anyone harassing you in a community channel.
  • Anyone claiming to be King Exchange from an unofficial number.
  • Anyone asking for your password, a PIN or an OTP.
