Agreeing to these terms
These terms govern your use of King Exchange, including getting and using your King Exchange ID. By using the service you agree to follow them.
They apply to every account opened through our official WhatsApp channels, and they're there to protect you as well as the platform.
Clause 02
Who can open an ID
- You must be 18 or over. We check the age on every new ID.
- Online betting must be legal where you live.
- Every account is verified before its first withdrawal.

Clause 03
One ID per person
Each person may hold one verified ID, in their own name. This stops bonus abuse and keeps prices fair for everyone.
If we find duplicate accounts, we suspend them straight away.
Clause 04
Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals must go through a bank or UPI account in your own name. We pay withdrawals only into an account that matches the name on your ID.
You can deposit from ₹100 through UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, bank transfer or USDT. Once your account is verified, withdrawals are processed straight away. How quickly the money arrives after that depends on your bank or payment app.
Clause 05
Fair play and prohibited use
We use fraud checks to keep sports markets and casino games fair. The following are not allowed:
- Opening or using more than one ID, including to claim a bonus twice.
- Syndicate betting, where a group coordinates bets across accounts.
- Fraud of any kind, such as using someone else's payment details.
If you break these rules, we may restrict your account, withhold winnings from the bets involved, or close the account permanently. A person reviews the activity before we act.
Clause 06
How bets are settled
Every bet is settled against an official result you can check. We don't adjust settled bets at our own discretion.
Clause 07
Anti-money laundering
We monitor high-value transactions to meet international anti-money laundering standards and protect other players.

Raising a dispute
24/7
Raise any dispute with WhatsApp support, day or night.
A person reviews every case by hand, using the transaction records and the official result. If you disagree with the outcome, you can appeal within 30 days.
Clause 09
Changes to these terms
We review these terms every year and whenever the rules that apply to us change. If we make a significant change, we tell active account holders. The effective date at the top of the page shows the current version.
