Part 01
Our approach
We want betting on King Exchange to stay fun and social. Treat it as entertainment you pay for, never as a way to make money.
Every player gets the same tools to manage how much they deposit and how long they play. If betting starts to affect your daily life, our support team is trained to help you get back in control.
Part 02
Deposit limits
Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on your deposits. Message your account manager on WhatsApp with the limit you want, and they apply it to your ID straight away.
Pick a number you could lose without it hurting, and set it before you start playing.
Part 03
Taking a break and self-exclusion
Self-exclusion blocks your own access to King Exchange. You can make it temporary, for a set period, or permanent. Ask WhatsApp support to set it up at any time.
Not sure you need a full break? Start with a lower deposit limit. You can always self-exclude later.
Part 04
Session alerts
Session alerts tell you how long you've been active. They make it easier to notice when a quick bet has turned into hours, and to stop.
Part 05
Warning signs to watch for
Ask yourself honestly whether any of these sound familiar:
- You spend more money or time on betting than you planned.
- You chase losses by betting again to win the money back.
- You borrow money, or use money meant for bills, to bet.
- You hide your betting from family or friends.
- You feel anxious, irritable or low when you're not betting.
If even one does, set a limit or take a break now, and think about talking to someone. See where to get help.
Part 06
Tips for safer play
- 1Decide on a budget before you start, and stop when it's gone.
- 2Treat betting as paid entertainment, never as income or an investment.
- 3Never bet with borrowed money.
- 4Take regular breaks, and don't bet when you're stressed, upset or have been drinking.
- 5Set a deposit limit now, while it's easy, rather than after a bad run.
Ask support if you'd like help working out a betting budget.
Part 07
Keeping under-18s out
King Exchange is only for adults aged 18 and over, and we check the age on every new ID. If you share a phone or computer with children, keep your login details private and log out when you're done.
