How long does a King Exchange deposit take?

Can I deposit from someone else's UPI ID?

No. Deposits must come from a bank or UPI account in your own name. If you've already paid from another person's account, send the UTR to support so they can sort it out.

My payment failed or is still pending. What should I do?

Don't pay a second time. A pending payment can still go through, and a failed one is normally reversed by your bank. Send the UTR to the official WhatsApp number so the team can check it.

Where do I find the UTR number?

Open the payment in your app. Google Pay calls it the UPI transaction ID, PhonePe shows UTR in History, and Paytm shows UPI Ref No. For a bank transfer, it's the UTR or reference number on the completed transfer.
