   Why is my bonus missing when my deposit hasn't shown?

   A bonus is added on top of a deposit, so it can't appear until the deposit itself is in your balance.

   1. 1Check whether the deposit is in your balance.
   2. 2If it isn't, follow the deposit issues guide and report it with the UTR.
   3. 3Once the deposit is credited, ask support to add the bonus.

   What if my 10% welcome bonus wasn't added?

   The deposit may not have been marked as your first deposit when it was credited.

   1. 1Work out what you should have got with the calculator at the top of this page.
   2. 2Message support with your username, the deposit amount and its UTR.
   3. 3Ask them to add the welcome bonus, and check your balance once they confirm.

   What if my 3% refill bonus wasn't added?

   Refill bonuses are added to deposits after your first one. If one was missed, support can check it against the deposit.

   1. 1Note the amount and UTR of the deposit.
   2. 2Send both to the official WhatsApp number with your username and ask for the refill bonus.

   What if the bonus amount looks wrong?

   The bonus is a percentage of the deposit: 10% of a first deposit and 3% of later ones. A different figure usually means the wrong rate was applied.

   1. 1Enter your deposit in the calculator to see the expected bonus.
   2. 2Send support a screenshot of your balance with the deposit amount, and ask them to recheck it.

   Why does it say I'm not eligible?

   Each person may hold one verified ID. The welcome bonus is for your first deposit on that ID, so a second ID or a repeat claim doesn't qualify.

   1. 1If you have only one ID and think this is a mistake, ask support to check.
   2. 2Don't open another ID to claim a bonus again. Duplicate accounts are suspended under the terms.

   Why can't I withdraw my bonus yet?

   Bonus money usually comes with conditions, such as an amount you need to bet before it can be withdrawn. The terms you were given before paying set these out.

   2. 2Check how much is left to play through, if anything.

   Why did my bonus disappear?

   Some bonuses have a time limit in their terms. If it runs out before the conditions are met, the bonus can be removed. Your own deposit stays in your balance.

   2. 2Ask for the current offer terms before your next deposit.

A bonus is never a reason to deposit more than you planned. If you're betting to meet bonus conditions or chase losses, set a limit or take a break.
